Booking & payment
Deposit and final payment timing are outlined in your quote. Nothing is booked until you've agreed to the terms.
Cancellations & refunds
Our cancellation policy is provided with your quote and covers both travel bookings and any NDIS service agreement, so you know the terms up front.
Travel insurance
Travel insurance is required. Please confirm your policy covers mobility equipment, not just personal luggage.
Your responsibilities & ours
We plan, verify, and support. You provide accurate information about your needs and follow the agreed plan. We'll walk you through the details before you travel.
Complaints & disputes
If something isn't right, tell us. We'll work with you to resolve it promptly and fairly.
