For ten years, I've worked across disability care and travel — two worlds that rarely meet, and together are exactly what makes Roam different.

Travel and support work have taken me into intense and stressful situations where problem-solving wasn't optional. Missed connections, last-minute changes, access needs no one had planned for — I've learned to keep a cool head and find a way forward when it matters most.

Every time I've travelled and returned to Australia, I've come back with a greater appreciation for the country I live in, the experiences shared along the way, and the people I've met. Roam exists so that everyone — regardless of their situation — can have that same experience.
